入選理由：很詭異啊～!政府類的話題自從今年8月下旬以來在上海考區都沒怎么考過。難道是考官編不出政府類的題目了?應該不會，最大的可能是集中在12月一次出個夠。

入選理由: 其實專門要求對某個社會現象進行討論的該類話題在2008年已經淪為了弱勢話題。但畢竟是很久沒考過了，畢竟往年該話題每年還是會考4-5次的，因此還是注意一下嘍!關于具體可能考什么社會現象，大家記住：離現在太近太local的現象是不會考的，倒是3，4個月前發生在世界范圍的社會現象有可能成為考試的題目。
