Could you answer the telephone,please?你能接一下電話嗎？
Could you ?表示說話人的一種委婉請求或要求。Answer the telephone接電話。Answer還有回答的意思。例如：
Could you carry the books to the classroom,please?
你能把書帶到教室里去嗎？
Could I open the door?
我能打開窗戶嗎？
My sister answered the telephone.
我妹妹接的電話。
Im sorry I cant answer your questions?
對不起，我回答不了你的問題。
【Ill get it?】
Ill get it?我來接電話。
這是一句最常用的接電話的句子。當電話鈴響的時候，表示自己來接電話。

Could you ask him to call me,please?你能叫他給我打個電話嗎？
call me 表示給我打電話，也可以說成call me up.類似打電話的詞還有telephone,phone和ring.例如：
I want to telephone my sister.
我想給我妹妹打個電話。
Who phoned you yesterday?
昨天誰給你打電話？
Please ring me up at six oclock tomorrow morning.
請明天早上六點鐘給我打個電話。

Did you write it down?你把它（電話號碼）記下來了嗎？
writedown 表示把寫（記）下來。后面可跟介詞短語on。例如：
lease write these words on your exercise books.
請把這些詞寫在練習薄上。
Would you like to write your name down on my book，please?
請把你的名詞寫在我的書上，好嗎？

There were many apples on the trees.樹上有好多蘋果。
There were .表示存在的句型，是there be.的過去式。例如：
