The fox without a tail
A foxs tail was caught in a trap. When he was trying to release himself, he lost his whole tail except the stump.
At first he was ashamed to see the other foxes because he had no tail, but he was determined to face his misfortune. He called all the foxes to a meeting.
When they had gotten together, the fox said that they should all do away with their tails.
He said that their tails were very inconvenient when they met with their enemies.
He did not talk about any advantages of the tail. You are right, said one of the older foxes, but I dont think you would advise us to do away with our tails if you hadnt lost it yourself first.
●一只狐貍的尾巴被夾住了，當他試著脫身的時候，掙斷了整條尾巴。
●開始時，他看到其他狐貍的
時候感到很羞愧。后來，他決定面對這種不幸，就召集了所有的狐貍開會。
●大家到齊后，他極力勸說其他狐貍也割掉尾巴，說尾巴在遭遇敵人時很不方便，尾巴一點兒作用也沒有。
●可他沒有說有尾巴的任何好處。
●一只老狐貍站出來說：如果你沒有失去你的尾巴，你是不會來勸大家都割去尾巴的。
寓意: 有些人為了自己的利益而勸告他人，我們不能輕信他們的意見。
