With the development of the society, more and more people enroll in the postgraduate examination for getting a higher diploma. Most companies are inclined to hire the people with high diploma.

Furthermore, Sam Walton of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. does not have an MBA degree, but he is the most successful man in the business community.

In my opinion, diploma is not equal to knowledge. A diploma is a piece of paper which establishes your education degree. But your ability and the real knowledge come from your hard work and endowment. If you got a diploma by dishonest behavior, no matter how high a diploma it is, it is just a piece of paper, and you are as blank as that paper.
依我看來，學歷不等于知識。學歷只是一張能代表你教育程度的紙。而你的能力和真正的知識來自于你的努力工作和天賦。如果你通過不誠實的手段獲取一個學歷，無論那個學歷有多高，它僅僅是一張紙而己，而你會像那張紙一樣空白。

In my opinion, diploma is not equal to knowledge. A diploma is a piece of paper which establishes your education degree. But your ability and the real knowledge come from your hard work and endowment.
