3、世界大學研究成果的應用問題 每個國家的發展程度有差異，對研究問題的優先順序不一樣
For instance, the United States may be more concerned about how to expand the economy and keep a balance between economical development and en vironment protection, some other countries in Africa, where regional conflicts are continuous, ar e more cared about how to end the war and create a peaceful circumstance for further development.

所有的國家應共同支持建立一所全球性大學，讓學生們參與到解決世界上最持久、難以解決的社會問題的過程中。
In recent ages, human civilization has not only achieved a great improvement in most of the fields but also generated numerous society problems. Some of these problems would make it impossible for human race to live in this world if it were not solved as soon as possible. So, the suggestion of building a global university designed to engage students in the process of solving the persistent social problems is very meaningful and should be supported by all the na tions in the world.
第一. 世界各國盡管具體情況不同，但是存在很多共同的問題，共同探討很有價值：很多問題有相同的根源;比較研究;不同角度看問題找辦法。A global university could help to solve mutual problems that different country faced and help to find a comm on ground or reach a consensus in the human world. e.g. pollution, the depl etion of atmospheric ozone.
第二. 很多問題由于世界各國的看法不一致產生矛盾，共同研究利于增進了解：文化沖突;環境污染;戰爭。The global university also provides different nations with a platform that can learn the difference and standpoint of one another, and thereby contributes to the solutions and mitigating the conflicts.
第三. 建立這樣一所大學需要注意一些問題，才有利于產生真正有價值的研究結果，為世界造福：相互尊重觀點;保持客觀的態度。While, there are two sides for ever icon, a global university also poses certain risks which may exacerbate some pressing international problems. 可能忽視地方問題neglecting the parochial problems. Some of th e problems in the global university, such as the unfairly distribution of the limited resource, may easily spell some discordance among nations.
第四. 此外，全球性的大學還應當積極地吸收和聽取各國的聲音，盡可能的減少政治上帶來的影響 Furthermore, the global university also needs to hear different sound and make every nation possible to gain a equal opportunity to participate in the solution s of the problems and at the same time, share the mutual fruitions of the research.
建立全球性大學
1 現在社會的問題越來越多，貧困、污染、戰爭等等persistent 問題每天都在困擾著各國的政府。數千萬的孩子餓得哭泣，頭頂的藍天不再天天出現，河水中的魚兒不再那么歡快。這些問題應該誰來負責呢?答案是全人類。因此，建立一個全球性大學來致力于解決這些問題看起來是一個很好的選擇。因為建立這樣一個大學可以培育出一批人才，他們是各個領域的精英，他們在自己的領域里帶領更多的人去關注和解決世界性的問題。從這個意義上來講，全球性大學是一個非常好的目標。
2 然而，我認為這樣一個大學是一個太理想的目標而不可能實現。正是因為這個大學是全球性的，才會帶來各種問題。一方面，在大學的建立過程中就會遇到很多的問題。比如，所有的政府都應該對該大學進行相同數目的投資嗎?如果這樣的話，那些本來就貧窮的國家很可能負擔不起。如果這些國家投資不同，那么就帶來了另一個問題就是誰應該是大學的領導國家?世界上最富有的國家?如果這個大學被世界上少數的幾個國家所控制，那么我對這個大學的表現持悲觀態度，考慮到 UN目前的作用。
3 另一方面，當全球性大學建立起來以后，關于招生和教學的問題就跟著來了。我的第一個問題是：誰應該入學?那些具有不同信仰的學生們?那么，我想學校將沒有和諧存在。Arabic的學生將拒絕討論婦女的人權問題;同時非洲的學生將會對解除貧困的其他所有問題一概不感興趣，因為他們的親人甚至還餓著。對問題的不同看法很可能導致學生中產生沖突;第二個問題是：如何設置課程?我無法想象這樣一所大學的課程會使什么樣的，如果過分致力于解決世界上的各種問題，學生們其他方面的能力很難保證。
4 最后，當學生們畢業后，更大的問題就來了。誰能保證他們學到的知識能在社會中起到作用??我們都知道，知識到實踐中有一個長期的過程，學生們的理論在復雜的具體問題中未必有作用，甚至我們都無法去評價他們是否解決了問題;政府會把他們安排到重要的崗位上嗎?花了這么多錢把他們放在大學培養，如果將來不放在重要崗位上，那么這所大學培養出來的人是沒有作用的。可是，我想任何政府很難把問題放心的交給這些大學生去解決。
所有的國家應共同建立一所全球性大學，用來培養學生們解決世界的最頑固的社會問題。

全球性大學教育學生，更注重于全球化的某些問題，譬如毒品，環境，恐怖主義等問題，在這一點上應該是有幫助的。因為學生會把在學校里面學到的相關知識帶到自己國家，來解決該國家面臨的相應問題，如果國家的問題都解決好了，那么全球問題也就解決了。
但是，建立一所全球性大學是不現實的，這需要各國家的強力支持，必須消除各種矛盾contradiction，克服文化差異等，還有可能這個學校會被某些國家政權干涉而成為工具，如：經費贊助的多的國家可能，可能會限制這個學校的學生對某些問題的解決。
另外，建立一所全球性大學也是沒有必要的，隨著網絡的普遍應用，很多學者可以在因特網平臺上互相交流，致力于世界社會問題。而且也可以充分發揮聯合國 U.N.的作用來解決這些問題。聯合國中的領導人比學生更有經驗和能力來解決這方面的問題。
