英語中必須掌握的連詞

　　漢語和英語兩種語言之間最基本的區別在于句法方面。英語重形合 （hypotaxis），句中各意群、成分都用適當的連接詞 （connective）、介詞 （preposition）、非限定性動詞短語 （phrase）或從句 （clause）等來表達其相互關系，因而結構嚴謹但缺乏彈性；而漢語句法則重意合（parataxis），句中各意群、成分通過內在的聯系貫穿在一起，不一定或很少用連接詞、介詞，也沒有非限定性動詞短語或從句，因此結構松散，但富于彈性，從句子整體來看，意義清楚，不會產生誤解。
