　　【高考導航】1. novel一詞作名詞用當“小說”講時是大家非常熟悉的，但對其作為形容詞“新奇的；異常的”卻了解不多，近幾年高考題對這種“熟詞新義”現象考查比較多，希望同學們在復習單詞時特別注意

　　2. permit是高考常用重點詞匯，高考試題對于permit的用法搭配，其近義詞allow，反義詞forbid，同根詞permission以及permit作名詞的用法都有可能考套到。如在2007年江蘇卷完形填空第50題，就對permit作名詞的用法進行了考查。以上幾點均可能在2010年高考的單項填空及完形填空中出現

　　3. jealous adj．“妒忌的，猜疑的”是高考中的常用詞匯，多以形容詞辨析的形式在單項填空及完形填空中出現，常與近義詞enviable，admirable等進行辨析，2010年高考可能會涉及jealous與相近形容詞之間的辨析

　　4. even if為高考高頻考點，相當于even though，通常考查它與其他引導狀語從句的連詞之間的辨析。2009年北京卷，2009年浙江卷，2008年江蘇卷以及2007年廣東卷中均在單項填空題中對此進行了考查，同時2008年上海春招和2006年山東、湖北卷中以完形填空的形式考查了even if與其他連詞的辨析。2010年高考中將繼續把even if作為重點進行詞義及用法的辨析考查

　　5. 時態和語態是高考必考的語法項目，對于將來時的考查在高考試題中時有出現，be about to do表“將來”，不能與具體的時問狀語連用，以及其與表將來的be going to do，be to do的區別都可能成為2010年高考的考點

　　6. 對于從句的考查是高考熱點，特別是由what引導的賓語從句和表語從句更是考查重點，同學們要注意

　　although與though兩者意思相同，一般可互換，都可以與yet，still或nevertheless連用，但不能和but連用
