英語四級聽力真題最后30日完美訓練方案

　　若認為題目不夠訓練，也可以繼續做05年或以前的題目。但是題目時間越早，難度和實效性就越低。但是，請注意使用正確方法。

　　剩余30天內，若能夠按照步驟，完成至少最近六套題目，你的四級聽力水準定會有不同程度提高。

　　第一步：預判 (3-5分鐘)

　　做題前，一定留出時間看題。正式考試時看題時間約3分鐘左右。我們只能高效的看而非全面的看。選項中最需要注意的是：高頻詞，主語，謂語等。同時注意，相似選項和相反選項要保留，準確答案就在其間。復合式聽寫部分也需要注意高頻詞匯。

　　例：

　　[B] Making preparations for a trans-Atlantic trip.

　　[C] Collecting information about baseball games.

　　[D] Analyzing their rivals on-field performance.

　　黑體字符部分是重點信息，預判時，用筆勾出。暗示自己聽出強調的動作及后方賓語結構。

　　選項都是某種行業，又因為此題是08年6月聽力長對話中的第一題，所以就暗示自己注意長對話開始部分的行業詞匯即可。

　　第二步：聽力開始(35分鐘)

　　2006年6月年后的四級聽力放音時間約35分鐘左右。請不間斷地聽完一套題，中間不要停頓，強化自己的耐力注意力和定力。記住，不要間斷也不要提前看后方的答案。
